Before a sale, after a storm, or just to know what you’re working with — a proper inspection tells you how many winters you have left on the roof above you.

What We Inspect

• Surface condition granule loss, mat exposure, cracked or curled shingles
• Flashing and penetrations chimney, skylights, pipe boots, satellite mounts
• Underlayment and decking soft spots, nail pops, fastener backing-out
• Attic ventilation intake and exhaust balance — the leading cause of premature roof failure
• Gutters and drainage slope, separation, and fascia condition

What You Get

1. On-site inspection (typically 60–90 minutes)
2. Drone overview imagery of the full roof
3. Close-up photos of every noted issue, labeled by location
4. Written condition report with remaining-life estimate
5. Prioritized recommendation list — urgent, near-term, and cosmetic
